Ph.D.

There are two approaches for obtaining a Ph.D. degree:

(a) After Master graduation, one can continue his/her research for obtaining a Ph.D., also in the framework of the aforementioned Postgraduate Courses. For getting further information, please see above in the Master.

(b) After University graduation, one can directly enter the Ph.D. program in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering (regardless of the Master Postgraduate Courses). The General Assembly of the Department decides about such application.

Information for reading for a Ph.D. in the second manner may be obtained by the Secretariat of the Department, and particularly Ms. M. Kontogianni-Lampri.
